Divided into two independent apartments yet rented as one unit, it provides ample space for families or groups seeking a peaceful escape. The stunning private swimming pool, measuring 6 x 12 meters, is available from May to October and promises refreshing dips under the Tuscan sun. The outdoor area, beautifully furnished for al fresco dining, features a barbecue for delightful meals with family and friends.
The farmhouse is surrounded by a large garden, guests can enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views of the rolling countryside and relax in the tranquillity of nature. Reserved parking by the house ensures convenience for all visitors.
Casole d'Elsa is a charming medieval village known for its rich history and picturesque landscapes. Explore its narrow streets, visit the ancient Rocca fortress, or enjoy local cuisine in its cozy trattorias. The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for hiking, cycling, and discovering the enchanting Tuscan hills. Constructed with traditional stone, the farmhouse retains its rural allure, boasting terracotta flooring and partially exposed wooden beams. The interiors are furnished in a rustic style, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere ideal for a relaxing week away. The accommodation spans 250 square meters across two levels:
Ground Floor
• Living Room: Cozy space with a double sofa bed, an open fireplace, and satellite TV.
• Bedrooms: Two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom provide comfortable sleeping arrangements.
• Kitchen: Equipped with four hotplates, an oven, a dishwasher, and a freezer.
• Bathrooms: One bathroom with a bathtub, shower, bidet, and WC; another with a shower, bidet, and WC.
Lower Ground Floor (Access via External Staircase)
• Living Room: Another inviting space open fireplace, and satellite TV.
• Bedrooms: One double bedroom and one twin bedroom.
• Kitchenette: Similar amenities as the ground floor.
• Bathrooms: One bathroom with a bathtub, bidet, and WC; another with a shower, bidet, and WC.
Extra sleeps: 2, in sofa bed or folding bed.

Rental pricing is based on the number of guests. There's a fixed rate for up to 10 people. For up to 2 additional guests, the charge is €140 per week each. The total cost is automatically calculated.
Included in the price: bed and bath linen per person - weekly change, baby cot & high chair, Wi-Fi, electricity/water and kitchen gas consumption.
Not included in the price to be paid on the spot (mandatory): final cleaning € 15/person, pet € 50/each per stay (max 2), tourist tax, security deposit € 500 (cash) at the time of arrival.
Not included in the price to be paid on the spot (on request): pool towels € 5/unit, heating on consumption € 4/M3.
Payment terms:
30% deposit at the time of reservation
70% balance within 60 days from arrival
Cancellation policy:
Any cancellation of confirmed bookings must be communicated in writing and will be subject to a penalty that will be calculated according to the full price of the booking, as follow:
- 60 days or more before arrival: 30 %
- From 59 to 49 days before arrival: 60%
- From 48 to 30 days before arrival: 80 %
- From 29 days to arrival: 100%
