Casalecchi is a typical stone cottage peacefully set at the edge of the tiny hamlet of Lecchi, in the midst of the Chianti Classico hills between Siena and Florence.
On the outside guests have at their disposal a lovely, covered terrace fully furnished for dining “al fresco” and enjoying the stunning views of the surrounding rolling hills, as well as a private garden with lots of fruit trees and flowers.
Ideally situated for visiting the most renowned historical and art centres in Tuscany as well as many other smaller characteristic villages in the Chianti region, and within easy reach of the ‘Siena – Firenze’ toll free motorway (5 km).
The nearby village of Staggia Senese (3 km) offers all essential services such as supermarket, bars & restaurants, various shops, bank, post office, horse riding, etc., whilst in the larger town of Poggibonsi (5 km) guest will find all kinds of facilities.
The cottage is the result of a recent renovation which has transformed this ancient hay store into a charming holiday home, ideal for spending a relaxing holiday for couples and small families.
Internally the house offers comfortable and cosy rooms, is well furnished in rustic style and provided with all modern facilities.
Ground floor: living/dining room with fireplace and kitchen area, 1 double bedroom, 1 double bedroom (reached via a wooden staircase to open the mezzanine floor above the living-dining area), 1 bathroom with shower.

*For stays of 14 nights or longer, a fresh set of bed and bath linen is provided every 7 nights.
Not included in the price to be corresponded on site (mandatory): tourist tax, security deposit € 250 (cash) upon arrival.

30% deposit at the time of reservation
70% balance within 60 days from arrival
Cancellation policy:
Any cancellation of confirmed bookings must be communicated in writing and will be subject to a penalty that will be calculated according to the full price of the booking, as follow:
- 60 days or more before arrival: 30 %
- From 59 to 49 days before arrival: 60%
- From 48 to 30 days before arrival: 80 %
- From 29 days to arrival: 100%
