• Open Living/Dining Room: Features a fireplace and a kitchen area with a pizza log oven. There is an access door leading to the furnished terrace.
• Night Area: By descending three steps, you enter the night area, which includes:
o 2 double bedrooms, each with an access door leading to the garden.
o 1 twin bedroom with an access door leading to the garden.
o 2 bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and WC.
• Laundry Room: An external laundry room is available in a separate cabin.

Cancellation policy:
Any cancellation of confirmed bookings must be communicated in writing and will be subject to a penalty that will be calculated according to the full price of the booking, as follow:
- 60 days or more before arrival: 30 %
- From 59 to 49 days before arrival: 60%
- From 48 to 30 days before arrival: 80 %
- From 29 days to arrival: 100%
