Tameriggio is a charming detached Tuscan country house, converted from an old hay barn and surrounded by the beautiful countryside of San Gimignano. Its private garden and swimming pool enjoy beautiful views over the Chianti vineyards towards the historic town of Certaldo.
Ideally located between Florence and Siena, approximately 35 km from each, the house offers a peaceful setting while being an excellent base for exploring San Gimignano, the villages of Chianti and many of Tuscany’s most renowned historic and artistic destinations.
The interiors are warm and welcoming, furnished in traditional Tuscan style and equipped with modern comforts, including Wi-Fi.
Ground floor:
Hall/living room with TV and one triple bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
First floor:
Living/dining room with fireplace; kitchen equipped with induction hob, fridge/freezer, electric oven and microwave; one double bedroom; one twin bedroom; one bathroom with shower and one bathroom with bathtub.
Outside, the house is surrounded by a well-kept private garden with a swimming pool (8 x 5 m), available from April to October, with beautiful views across the Chianti vineyards towards Certaldo.
Guests have exclusive use of the accommodation, garden, outdoor areas and swimming pool. There is a separate building within the property where one of the owners lives, with her own entrance on the opposite side. She does not use the guests’ garden or swimming pool, ensuring full privacy while remaining available should guests need any assistance during their stay.

Included in the price: Set of bed and bath linen*, Child cot / Highchair for babies under 2 years, Extra bed 1, Wi-Fi, Water/kitchen gas consumption, Electricity consumption, air conditioning and heating (split units).
*For stays of 14 nights or longer, a fresh set of bed and bath linen is provided every 7 nights.
As part of your stay, you’ll be treated to a complimentary Tuscan apericena featuring a selection of traditional local specialties.
Not included in the price to be paid on the spot (mandatory): Final cleaning € 20 per person, Domestic pet € 50/each max 2 (where applicable), Tourist tax, Security deposit € 250 in cash upon arrival.

30% deposit at the time of reservation
70% balance within 60 days from arrival
Cancellation policy:
Any cancellation of confirmed bookings must be communicated in writing and will be subject to a penalty that will be calculated according to the full price of the booking, as follow:
- 60 days or more before arrival: 30 %
- From 59 to 49 days before arrival: 60%
- From 48 to 30 days before arrival: 80 %
- From 29 days to arrival: 100%
