Not included in the price to be paid on the spot (mandatory): Final cleaning € 100, Pet € 50/each per stay, Tourist tax, Security deposit € 250 in cash upon arrival.

30% deposit at the time of reservation
70% balance within 60 days from arrival
Cancellation policy:
Any cancellation of confirmed bookings must be communicated in writing and will be subject to a penalty that will be calculated according to the full price of the booking, as follow:
- 60 days or more before arrival: 30 %
- From 59 to 49 days before arrival: 60%
- From 48 to 30 days before arrival: 80 %
- From 29 days to arrival: 100%
